       As the umbrella organization for Lakeland, Mt. Winans, Westport and the Westport/Mt. Winans Homes in South Baltimore, Maryland, we strive to provide leadership that will mobilize our neighborhoods.  We promote the importance of individuals being involved in the community and the value of advocating for their needs. 

       We offer programs, services and help community leaders build the capacity to address and advocate issues  that have an impact on individual neighborhoods and the community as a whole.
